For sale in this listing are 500 gram packs of dried and thinly cut Tongkat Ali root slices.
Add a root slice or a part of it into a cup, pour about 250 ml of boiling hot water over it and let the tea stand for about 15 minutes.
Remove the Tongkat Ali slice, let the tea cool down and drink it.
Reuse the Tongkat Ali slice till the bitter taste is gone.
You may add some rock sugar, honey or lime to it.
Drink for 5 days and rest for 2 days.
Caution:
Tea made from Tongkat Ali root can be very bitter.
